Hi All,

We were in Negril from March 2 through the 16th. In those two weeks we only had one quick shower. It was perfect! Temps were in the 80s most days. Hope that helps.
Hey Rumrunner...how's the water temp also? We were there a few years back in Jan. and it was chilly..I hope March is better :) See you @ Canoe
Hi Deanna,
the water temp was absolutely perfect. After a few minutes it felt like bathwater, really nice and warm. You're gonna love it!
Can't wait to meet you on the 23rd at Canoe. :)
I always stay in Negril for 5 weeks (in the Cliffs) but I get the heck out out of there by the first week of March do to the hoards of Spring Breakers that land. This will be my 20th year going there & nothing against the breakers but it diffinitely changes the things.
Hmmmmmm, really? Because I was pretty sure this wasn't an issue anymore. I remember late 90s the Spring Breakers being out of control, but I was pretty sure that after they made the change that you had to have a passport to travel to Jamaica from US now, that there wasn't really a lot of a Spring Break crowd anymore.....is that not true?
we are going for 2 weeks starting the 19th.We were there same time last year, water was great weather was great, did not even noticed spring break crowd but for big posters at Margertaville.
hot hot hot
wi haven't had any kind of a Spring Break in Negril for over ten years now........
great time of year to go........
Cool Runnings, Marko
What you smokin Marko..no Spring Breakers for ten years are you kidding me...where you been? Don't get me wrong..I'm not against the kids coming it just changes the scene....cause there's a ton of them by the peak of break. It's good to have them back for the last few years since they but disappeared for awhile due to very bad things...a few rapes..a few deaths...then the press got ahold of it & they were gone!! They're back because of now it's Mexico's time for the bad things & that's a fact!! The more the merrier I say...Jamaica/Negril needs the the economy boost so I adjust my stay accordingly that's all...no problems.
The only place we saw any Spring breakers was at Margaritaville last March. No Problem! :D
