Currency Fee Settlement

I remember back a year or two (or more?) about people receiving their rebates for the "Foreign Currency Fee Litigation Settlement Fund." Well, I received mine YESTERDAY! I couldn't believe that it took so long but am happy to receive it at all. Of course it came to a grand total of $26.14, whoopee big deal, but it's something. I usually apply for these cases when applicable and then never hear a dirty word. This is the second rebate I've received in all these years. The other one was from Microsoft a few years ago. Oh well, it's appreciated.:)

Just got mine too - I made out well, LOL. A whopping $38. That was back when I was on the island 5-6 times per year for FOJ, so it added up.
But like you - a appreciate it, regardless of the amount.

Is that US, CDN or JMD? just kidding, that's pretty cool!

I gave up on trying to apply for that when it opened up a few years ago... the website never responded, just kind of froze. I'm still waiting for the $7.50 check from the last class action lawsuit I am part of. Hey... every little bit helps.

I got mines last month, $16.39...It must of been at least 3 years ago when I filed the claim....I thought I was going to make out with at least a couple hundred bucks.

Man! I totally missed that one!!! I'm scared to figure out how much Citibank has charged me over the years in foreign currency fees. Good for you Jan, something is better than nothing!
