It looks like they shut down all ops as of January 30. That would explain why Apple is using Frontier charters for its JA flights.
Lets' hope FunJet keeps flying charters out of STL or there won't be any competition.

We flew USA3000 to Cancun and to Bermuda and loved their service. I was disappointed to find out they were no longer flying.
