Where is live music?

Negril is great for this - seven days a week there's at least one nightly beach party with live music.
It pretty much is the same schedule each week no matter what week or month - with the occassional "special show" somewhere.
I have seen posts that Coral Seas has added a weekly party, so it does change some, though.

I'd also suggest once there checking out the billboards at the round-a-bout - they will be announcing parties/music, too.
