Does anyone know anything about Grass Roots Estate, up on West End? I was looking around, dreaming of planning a long stay (yeah, yeah - I still work for a living but hey, one can dream) and saw a link for this place. Looks nice, price not bad although I would love to do better. Yes, I am a greedy child - I want it all for the best price possible.... I might be able to do a month later on in the year.
