Is the Negril Ice Cream and Chocolate Festival still held on Easter Sunday and Monday? If so, where? A friend and I will be visiting Jamaica starting next week. We fly into Kingston then on to Port Antonio, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, and finally negril. We'll be in Negril starting Friday, April 6 and would like to check out the festival on Sunday, April 8 if it still being held.
