If I were stuck in the airport with a delayed flight, I would definitely go for it. I had no idea it even existed! But usually I spend every last minute I can in Negril and by the time I get to the airport, I just have enough time to get through checkin and customs lines and maybe buy a snack or drink before my plane boards.

I sort of wonder about that 'fast track' bit. You don't get into the place until you're already in the gate area, so they only thing it seems they could fast track you through would be the secondary check right before boarding. Unless I'm missing something in their description.
