Help for my newbies please...
In April there will be about 30 of us coming to Negril for our daughter's wedding. The package we are paying for includes transportation (JUTA) to and from Mo Bay. Hubby and I have never used JUTA, as we always had Alfred drive us. A couple of the newbies have already asked me how they find their ride when the get through Customs. I have no clue, having never used them before. Is there a desk for them to go? Do they just walk outside? Thanks for any help you can provide. :)
Re: Help for my newbies please...
Juta desk is just before the exit to outside of MBJ
Re: Help for my newbies please...
Desk on the left should say Sandels ask them for Juta NEGRIL! You must say NEGRIL Juta .Just e-mail Juta Negril before your trip to make sure what desk they are using, the airport changes with every trip.
Re: Help for my newbies please...
For JUTA go online at : http://www.jutatoursnegrilltd.com/co...servations.htm
and make your reservation and you will get an email confirmation within 24 hous
then after clearing customs go DESK #17 Negril Ltd in the arrival lobby and the JUTA Negril Dispatcher will be awaiting you. Their names are: Lisa Malcom, Lenue Hall , Andre and Sewayne.
you can pay for your fare at the Desk though sometimes they get it from you in the van or bus.......depends

Thank you! I appreciate your quick replies!
Marko ~ some of them have the transfer included in the price of the hotel. I'm assuming they can email as well with the reservation number?

Be sure and Have them take a copy of whatever says the transfer is included. Sometimes if they do not have a record of it they will try and charge for transfers.

Thanks, Prism. Good advice. I know I always do that, but those are things I take for granted. :) Some haven't traveled much, so I'll add it to my list of things to tell them.
