I will be staying on the West End Aug 1-5, is everything open, I mean places to eat?

Emancipation & Independence Week Negril everyone from the countryside and small villages come to Negril to party.

And Kingston comes to Negril!!!

Geez...sorry...guess I should have mentioned why it was busy! It was morning....that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it!

Gets really busy for the weekend, then there gone! Hope to be there again this year.

What are the dates of Emancipation & Independence Week?

Emancipation is Monday Aug 1st and Independance is Saturday Aug 6th. A fun time to be in Negril!
