~~ Sweetness Trip Report - LTU for Dinner

First night me and sweetie went to LTU for dinner. It was Pullup Friday with 22 Pac and the music was a nice mix of easy listening and old school reggae. Chicken Lola for me and Snapper Escovitch for him. Camera not working for photo but it was so delish. Oh course their yummy pumpkin soup first with tiny roll/butter. Pineapple Juice w/Appleton for dessert (lol). If you have never been its a must do. Its lovely to sit by the sea.

Today I missed lunch so was super hungry and on my own tonight. I went back over to LTU and has one of their specials. SpaghettiRAMBO (lol) not sure why it was called that, should have asked. Pasta, shrimp, mushrooms in white wine cream sauce. OY more pumkin soup (sorry that photo is out of focus....still trying to get the camera and my fingers in sync. Very nice dinner.......back to PB and guava jelly sandwhiches tomorrow.

The likkle girl in the pic was so darn cute! She called me Auntie and blew me a kiss goodnight. Just gorgeous child and pure sweetness.

Yummy!! Glad to see they are now serving a Jamaican Breakfast!! Yeah! BTW, on their appetizer menu they have a jerk chicken skewers...quite a bit of chicken for the price and all white meat..no skin, etc....served with a side of an indescribably great dipping sauce. Anyhow, it is quite reasonably priced and perfect for a lunch with a great view. :) Trust mi mon, for the price, it rocks the cliffs! One of the perks of staying at Catcha Gardens is having LTU across the street!!

One of my favorite things to do at night is to head over for a cocktail and gaze at the wata, stars and moon. Enjoy Sweetness and glad you getting the camera working...cause your pictures are always a rare treat indeed.

Great restaurant, great views. A bit pricey but you pay a premium to see the beautiful ocean.

Sweetness I just looked at the Weather Channel Tropical update this morning and I see Jamaica had flash flooding due to heavy downpours. I hope you and everyone else is safe.
That spaghetti Rambo looks like something Bet could enjoy. While pricey as gerryg mentioned it is a great place to dine and enjoy life.

gerry yes mon....views are so nice there at LTU. I get my cooktop today so won't be eating out much. It will kill my budget to eat like that more than once a week but was good while I settle in. We had new years eve dinner there this year and it was really nice - special occaison place for me usually.

LLAP - everything fine here. SO much rain mi can't believe it but I usually don't come this month and its not unusual. They say sunshine will come Thurs but I am in Jamaica so I love it no matta whagwaan (lol). No worries mon.

That spaghetti looks delicious! Now I'm craving shrimp and pasta! Glad you have settled in okay and are enjoying your stay at Catcha Gardens.

"Spaghetti Rambo".......back in the day, a place called Planet Jamaica was open next to Heartbeat ......people from Italy ran it
and one night they let me in the kitchen and that is similar to what I made.....it was on their menu until they closed up.....

Rambo you are kidding me??? Of course when I saw it I thought of you immediately but had no idea of the story! Small world.....classic nah true? Love
