~~ Sweetness Trip Report - Jus Another Day (lol)

oh the simple things.......paperwork day, great fish lunch from LTU, then dash to town unexpectedly but put on some pumkin soup and got fresh w/my shower and enjoying the VOICE. I know I am probably obsessed with food (lol) but got some roasted sweet corn today by Sunshine Plaza. He say 2 for 200J (but he gave me tree ha!) I love Jamaica.

I love wind and sun catchers. I brought one that I am leaving in the window for future guests to enjoy (I hope). I love to pick and wear fresh flowers in my hair each day....maybe cheezy to some but I love it. Long ago a rasta on a bicycle put one in my hair on the road and since then I smile and think of that moment. Plumbago I think today.

I'm really enjoying your trip report Sweetness, I LOVE to cook while in Jamaica as well, usually a pot of soup for mid afternoon meal each day. Thanks for taking me along for the ride. I'm enjoying it alot!!

The food shots are da bomb!! Cock soup is some great stuff...yeah, Gerry....great name fi sure!! LOL Makes a great soup base and also a nice addition to making a dishful of fresh callaloo..(one of our Jamaican friends sprinkled a bit of it in the pan with some fresh callaloo). Thanks again for so many on-site reports. Truly, the highlight of my days!

Opps, forgot....The Voice, one of my favorites!! The music always makes the evening brighter. Really hated to see the Nigerian guy not be scooped up in a steal. Have a great night in paradise and looking forward to another report tomorrow...hint..hint..:)
