Thinking about trying their jerk pork next week Any thoughts on the best day of the week and time of day to go?
During the day..during the week....Thats when i've been and lots of jerk and just the regulars ,,(ie not crowded)

Somebody stated in my post on BBQ'd Ribs that the Red Dragon has ribs. I was not aware of this if in fact it is true??
I do not know about ribs, but that pork is some of the tastiest I have EVER had. And the Red Stripe is SO COLD~~It is a must do for us when we are in Jamaica. Here is a funny story:
Jim and I were going to the Red Dragon and took a newbie with us. We all ordered pork. While eating I look over at the new guy, he has tears running down his face. A local ask "Whats amatter mon, ya momma die?" Well he thought the yellow ring in the pork was CHEESE........well it was a ring of Habanaro pepper..............what a good belly laugh we had.
Where is Red Dragon actually. What kinf of taxi ride is it from the westend? Thanks

Red Dragon only serves chunks of delicious jerk pork...there is no pork ribs there.

Red Dragon is in Red Ground. A taxi can easily take you there...just ask the driver to take you to Red Dragon or old timers may call it Raggabones. From the West End it shouldn't cost you more than 500j to get there.

Around 1pmish is a good time (as Marley said) to get there....during high season (only) they run out of jerk pork as early as 2pmish.
Mondays (though we go other days) you'll find us hanging out there...it's our car wash day...:).
