Blue hole in Negril
Wondering if anyone has been to the blue hole waterfall in Negril? This will be our 9th trip coming up in March and we are looking for somewhere different to go and close to take our son and want to take a shorter trip than Dunns or YS. If you have been is it a nice trip and a short ride??

Re: Blue hole in Negril
If your talking about the Blue Hole mineral spring in Brighton just outside Negril, there is no waterfall, just a hole with a 35 ft. jump. Its a cool place to hang out jump, or hang out by the pool or bar. its only about a 30 minute ride from the roundabout.

I have been there, it's not a bad drive at all. Very beautiful and the jump is quite exhilarating. Other than the ump, there is a pool to relax by. Attachment 19518Attachment 19519
We only stayed there for about 90 minutes. You can either jump in or climb down the ladder if you are too scared to jump. Attachment 19520

Thank you. The google showed an image of a waterfall, must have shown an image of somewhere else. Looks beautiful and the drive is short so must put this on our list!

There is another place referred to as a or the blue hole, I believe its on the roaring river, that is probably where that image came from.

Blue Hole pics from April, 2011. Taxi ride about 35 minutes, not very scenic to me, cost was $ 7.00, had a hole to jump in, a nice mineral spring fed pool and beer.

The Blue Hole Gardens in Roaring River is an incredible spot, and very few tourists know about it.
