HomeAway listing in Lucea - Anyone been there?

Well, I'm back.
We leave for our annual stay at Harding Hall in Green Island. Love the time on the hill, but would like to find the same privacy with ocean front. I found a listing that seems pretty good on HomeAway, but have not had any luck contacting the owner to get to see it when we are there this year. I like to get a feel for a place before I commit to it for a week and thought this place may be nice for part of next year's stay.

It is a roundhouse in Lucea. HomeAway listing number 72203.

Anyone have any info on this place or would like to share a place they know of similar to it in price/location.

You tried Rhodes Hall Plantation?

Rhodes Hall is a great place. Stayed there a few years back. Still too many people, even in low season.
We've gotten to the point where we really like the solitude of a self catering cottage. Harding Hall is the best. Day or night. It would be nice to find the same vibe ocean front.
We head in to town when we (I) feel the need to have a converstation with someone other than the spouse, grab a bite to eat locally or pick up groceries for the next few days.
