Third trip to negril, Jamaica. Will be renting a motorbike need advice on where to go

Will b renting a motorbike for my upcoming trip Jan 7-13. I'm familiar with the people and the roads. I'm aware of the dangers, but I need help planning where to go. I know I want to go to YS Falls. I also like to hike, snorkel, cave dive, etc. Advice will be greatly appreciated. Also where are the blue holes at and mineral springs, is their nice caves to explore.. So basically I want an adventure for this trip. Need lots of suggestions please, and nothing touristy.

I've ridden around the island twice on a motorcycle, and one of my favorite trips was to Mandeville. The town is located on an inland plateau and is a fun ride up, up, up to get there.

Cool place, lotsa "Old Jamaica" up there.....

Blue Hole Gardens in Roaring River. Incredible spot, not touristy at all.
