Feshwater fishing

Who would be good to contact about going up Negril river to do some fishing? I'm not sure we would want to use the line wrapped around the stick method-- a rod and reel might be better suited for our group. We have eight peeps, would we need two boats?We have done the saltwater trip and are looking for something that has a little more action. Size or type of fish makes little difference to us--the captain can keep the catch. We will be in Negril Xmas thru New Years. 5th trip to the island with many more to come! Thanks for any input

Check with Famous Vincent!! Most resorts have his number. He is a great snorkel guide...but, he will do trips up the river for fishing. Give him a call when you reach. You won't regret it.
