November Trip Report White Sands

So here goes the first part of my November trip report. I have never considered myself ant kind of writer. So we will see how it goes. The trip started off like any of our Febuary trips do, about 3 am off to the airport for our 6 am flight. Had a longer than normal layover in atlanta. Finally cleared customs in Mobay about 3:30 our driver Willie was waiting for us outside and we were off. We made what we thought would be a quick stop at the mega mart. An hour later finally on the way. Attachment 20013 By the time we got to the White sands it was dark. Checked in and the lady at the desk says Everton has been looking for you he is my friend who gets me whatever i might need while i am there. He is waiting for you by the villa. He comes to the room and has all my orderd stuff waiting. He invites us to a party at the villa some guys are throwing he has known for 20 yrs. Ok very tired But we make a short apperance. Attachment 20014 Party was cool about 20 people a band, Had some food and a sub and decided to walk the beach to sunny side. Visit robert for awhile before calling it a night. I wake up the next morning and decide to go for a jog and take some pics along the way i started on the beachAttachment 20015Attachment 20016

Thanks for the TR! All I want to do is look at this site and read trip reports, I'm not really sure it will help the next 3 weeks pass any quicker, but I can't help myself! I'm addicted and I want more :)

I feel you!!! Can't wait to hear more!! Right before we leave, I am on here several times a day!!! It does help some...especially when I look at the pictures. Gives me a peaceful, easy feeling....for a while.:)

Hey, I live in Chaska too........we'll be at White Sands for a few days in our annual Feb. trip. A bunch of people from Shakopee go every year. Looking forward to reading your trip report :)

Always visit White Sands bar and beach. If I were a beach person; I'd stay there. Were you across the road or on the beach?
