I heard from a freind of a friend who knows a guy whose related to a woman who used to date the new owner that they are going to build "The Next New and Improved Other Original Office of Nature III" out there. And construction on an access bridge is to begin in the Spring of 2013.

I just finalised my purchase of the entire 7 mile beachfront. Got that and a plastic sharktooth necklace all for a great price....Ant to think the former owner was just walkin the beach like me when I ran into him.:cool:
