Anyone else having trouble with this site? I have been trying to send minutes to my son in Jamaica for 2 weeks but it wont complete the transaction for me. Not getting anywhere with the help option either. Always was a smooth easy transaction up till a couple weeks ago :(
Have you tried ezetop? I have used it in the past with no issues...
It could be your credit card.
I used to use it all the time too and then about a year ago my credit card changed and would not allow any international charges without calling ahead first so everytime I tried to top up it was denied because I was using that credit card.
no i have called my credit card and they say it is on digicel end and i do use the ezetop...when i go to pay it directs me to a secure code site of my credit card then just goes to not found. Mastercard said digicel must be having issues transferring to the securecode site from their site
