Western Union in Negril? Only at Hi Lo?

Hello all!

I would like to send some money to a friend in Negril for Xmas. According to the Western Union site, the Hi Lo is the only pick up location, is that correct?

I can send Western Union through my Scotia Bank account which is much more reasonably priced that directly through Western Union. I can't use Xoom because they only deal with US accounts (I'm from Canada). Or any other tips?

There are WU locations everywhere.

Right now there is a promotion on WU for a no cost transfer. The fee is usually 10 depending on how you pay
