I stayed there on my first trip.
I have no real complaints, it is great for the $$$. I've heard good things about their cottages, but I was in a standard room. It was comfy and AC blew cold. Can't say much about the food or drinks as I ate and drank off site mostly. Good cliffs for diving/snorkeling. Ciao Jamaica (their restaurant across the street) VERY GOOD!!! Do make note that their AI plan does not include this restaurant (only the onsite buffet ect) and it also doesn't include Redstripe or the good liquors. Just a heads up...
I would stay there again if I was on a budget...
My husband & I have stayed at SamSara many times & love the place & staff. Clean/comfortable rooms (some with A/C, some not) cottages (oceanside & gardenside), pillar houses (facing the sea) ~ Bar/restaurant on site ~ they offer EP & A/I ~ 2 pools, jacuzzi, game room, spa & gift shop. Daily Sunset Happy Hour 4-7 p.m. FREE beach shuttle. SamSara's not for everyone, but we enjoy it.
budget accomodations and they charge for safe, A/C, guests, etc etc..........
but if you just looking for a place to sleep on the wata......tuff to beat at der price
snorkeling of SamSara is excellent.....
Cool Runnings, Marko
