Day 2 report- Austin connections abound

Spent the day doing basically nothing, my favorite activity in Negril. A nice walk on the beach in both directions to scope things out. Multiple blender drinks and a vast variety of food.
Bought 5 lobsters off the guy walking the beach,sauteed the meat up with some eskallion, callaloo and scotch bonnet for a nice lunch. Patties from both the guy that walks the beach and Niah.
Turned out there was a fellow UT student staying here with his family. Lots for our daughter and him to chat about.
Jumped in a taxi after sunset to go up to LTU for dinner. Turned out the band was from Austin!
Excellent stuffed snapper and coconut shrimp as well as more rum punches.
Too wiped out from all of our activities to actually go out, just hung out on our porch with some of the other guests listening to tunes for a while.
Time for the first coffee of the day.
