can anyone tell me if NYC is still abandoned and for sale??

As of last week there is a spray painted "sold" on the wall facing the road.

Don't know if that means anything.

I believe that it is owned by a white guy named Phil who has another property out by Sheffield where he rents rooms/apart. . If you are around Alfred's at sunset you can often find him and his tall pretty Jamaican girlfriend there and you can ask him yourself. Everyone there knows him and I am sure would point you to him if asked he's a nice guy and willing to talk.
