digicel/lime camera phone

Has anyone recently bought a camera phone from digicel or lime? I am going to buy a phone when I get to the island and figured I would get a camera phone so I don't need to have a phone and a camera in my pocket when I am out and about. I have a few questions.....What is a good camera phone for a good budget price, I want to stay around $50 out the door with phone/sim/minutes for a week. I dont have to have the greatest quality of pics but would like them to be clear and focused at least. Also, how easy is it to download the pics off the phone onto a computer so I can share them with others! Thanks for any help!!

Thanks captain but the point I was trying to get across is I would like a "multitasker"...I like to take a few quick pics of places Im at, etc....I like to travel real light and the less stuff the better! No worries...thanks for your input
