Fastest cel phone store in negril or mobay or lucea?

I was wondering what the quickest way/location is to grab a cel is when i arrive.....i realize "quick" is a relative term given i will be in JA :p

We stopped at the Lime store in Montego Bay, asked for a cheap phone with minutes and were in and out in about 20 minutes.
Cost was about $30 for the phone and 1000 minutes.

Used the Lime store in downtown Negril and it took less than a half hour. It was a similar deal to rinakim's.

Digicel in Negril. There is a guy upstairs who can unlock foreign phones.
