Please Cross Your Fingers For Me

My 3 week trip to Negril is only 8 sleeps away. I had surgery 6 days ago checking for breast cancer. The type of surgery was involved and I had some complications. I am now on the mend however my breast is a mess. I am hoping I get to go to Negril and let her heal in the wonderful Caribbean sea. I just turned 50 in December.

The surgeon said it takes mionimum 10 days to get the results. I would like to know before I go, so I know what I will face when I get back home at the end of March. I also have Bladder Cancer for 6 years now and need another operation and a stent for my kidney when I get back, but that I can deal with. I have had 10 bladder cancer operations so far so quite use to them.

Please cross your fingers, rattle some bones, say a prayer, anything would be appreciated. I don't want to ruin my husbands vacation either, he loves to go to Negril as well.

My prayers are with you. I finished chemo for non-hodgkins lymphoma last August and now do one chemo every 3 months for "maintanence." So I empathize with you! This trip must be a celebration of life for you!
