What is the name of the place near Pushcart?
A friend of mine was asking about it and I couldn't recall the name of the place. I think it is ran by Miss Mae from Joseph's Cave. It is a small seaside resort that has just recently been built or renovated. Thanks in advance. I know there was a post regarding it a few months back.

Jan24, Yes, yes..clap, clap....that is it!! Thank you so much! I meant to go by last visit and ask to see the rooms but somehow Jamaica had different plans.
Appreciate you taking time to post the info as well as the pictures. Have you ever stayed there??

Has anyone stayed here? Would be a possibility for us for 2 nights but there are 3 of us and I don't think that the rooms would work. Either 2 twins or 1 queen.

No problem, No, I haven't stayed there but the rooms looked nice. I didn't remember any furniture outside on the patio, but it may have been an oversite.
Re: What is the name of the place near Pushcart?
I stayed there a few nts at the end of Dec. There are 4 rms with twin beds & 1 rm with Queen bed. Maybe you could contact Jaysen, the proprietor, to see if they could accommodate 3 of you in the 'master room' (queen bed) by moving a twin in there. I can tell you there would not be space for 3 twins in the room I had.
Good to know info for party of 3: my room had no door or curtain of any kind to the bathroom.. which could be awkward (no privacy). Room/location/view were great.. Lots of potential here.. But it is not a resort, it is a guesthouse.. there is no office/staff, recreation/activities, restaurant/bar, sea access, outdoor seating, etc.. However, rooms have a/c, fridge, are new/nice/clean.. it's gated, has parking, night security.. Likely Miss Mae across the street can take care of anything you want/need.. And some of the best of the West End/Negril is right outside your door!

Thanks for the info R.L. The location and the view are definitely plus's. Gonna go have a drink with Miss Mae at Joseph's Cave next visit...and then ask if I could possibly see the rooms if there is one empty that is.

She will be glad to show you. No hot water? lol She told me a few years ago, she has NEVER used hot water. It is not needed, and her clothes are fine. That may only be her choice, I don't know about the rentals She is quite a lady, but if you are there for a drink be prepared to hear a story......and she wants your attention! We have spent many of afternoons listening( many of tales of years ago on the island) and then she lets you go down in her cave to snorkel and swim. Different people have different opinions of her, so go, listen and take it all in with a grain of salt.

Yeah jan24, Miss Mae is a trip. I have stopped by there several times to get a drink and then go down to snorkel. She is full of some stories fi sure...but I have to say that she is also full of some good herbal remedies for "the belly run" to nausea, etc. They work too! I couldn't do without some hot wata though. I can live with luke warm showers but not cold, especially in the winter months. I don't plan to stay there but I do have a gal pal that is in search of a place on the water.
Still gonna check it out. I love to see places myself. Sometimes just to help out a friend or satisfy my curiosity. I have been pleasantly surprised sometimes and other times, wonder where or how long ago, they took the pictures for their website. LOL
Thanks to all for helping out.:)
