We stayed there in January our room was clean and perfect for our needs. Pool was clean also.

How were the beds? We want to stay on the cliffs for 2 nights before heading to Idle Awhile for 12 days.
They are firm. I dont believe I have ever had a soft bed in Negril!Quote:

I just finished my annual 5 week stay there (Jan. 28th-March 6th) for the 7th year. I could hit the sea with a stone from my room I'm so close. I chose to stay on the 2nd fl. #506....wake to the ocean hitting the cliffs. Then go out to my deck with my coffee to watch the fisherman & dolphins. This is the 3rd property that I've stayed at in my 20 years going. I love this little gem..20 rooms all looking at the sea w/a deck!! Elevated bar & pool to watch all the sunsets you can take in!! What's there not to like. Yes there's a reason I keep going back ..the property..staff...vibe & very secure!! I'll be back next year. This is an older property...so don't expect a five star all inclusive. Check Trip Advisor too.

We stayed there in Jan and loved it! It's a fine little gem! The rooms are large, and comfortable; the view from a seaside balcony is stunning. The grounds are well kept; the included breakfast is awesome (get the banana pancakes! AWESOME!!!); the staff are charming and engaging, if a bit shy - Davia is a sweetheart and so is Milly - they all are! The beds are quite comfy and firm; the rooms are clean. Maybe a bit dated, but with all the other pluses, it`s a moot point! Food is good. No wifi for free - $12 per day or $36 for a week, which i found steep, but there is Da Bar right across the street with free wifi if you buy a drink. I think they may change their policy on wifi, but that would come under 'soon come', you know? We didn't opt for a fridge, which worked for us. Got a pitcher at HiLo for ice and the bar or kitchen supplied it. If you don't need the Ritz, you'll love it! Nice location, too! Bon voyage and say hi to everyone for us .,
Unfortunately, the dates that we need are booked due to a yoga event. Apparently they are booked the first 2 weeks of February due to this.
Yes heater..the Yoga group does comes the middle two weeks of Feb. They (June the owner) lets me book my dates do to my long term stay...late Jan. to early March.
