Where is negril was weathermon???

Let's start with an easy one.

Although, not in this picture, I was on the other side of the camera lens taking this photo. This image was captured around 9:20 in the morning in March of 2012.

So, where in Negril was Weathermon? Any guesses????

I suppose it would have been better if the title were Where in Negril was Weathermon. I can't even blame that one on fat fingers.
