Our guest are requesting more Yoga classes!

What else could we do but give it to them..we will now have a relaxing Yoga and meditation class each Tuesday through Saturday at 11am.Our certified instructor will take you on a journey to relax, restore, and revive you. We are located on Norman Manley Blvd (Beach Road) only a few hotels away from Margaritaville. We have mats and children are welcome. Group and private sessions available. $15 per session. I was disappointed I was unable to try yoga Gail. I injured my leg the 2nd night I was here otherwise I would have gone to classes. Maybe next year

I have never done yoga either but am anxious to try it. Will do my best to get to Treehouse to give it a shot.

I hope to take a yoga class at the Treehouse and meet you! I love doing yoga and practice 4 - 5 times week at my local studio in beautiful upstate New York. We'll be in Negril from April 5 - 13th.

Been doing yoga since 1973 & was very much considered a little strange because of it. It's also the main reason I became a vegetarian. It's great for anyone & regardless of your level (no experience to years of), pretty much anyone will benefit from a yoga class. I taught on & off for decades, had my own business teaching yoga for years. I love that it can be done by the young to the older folks. The majority of women in the class I see at my gym every week are older women, as in significantly older than I am.

Gail. I'll be sitting at your bar waiting until you offer a yoga class ON your paddleboards. Actually I would pay to see that.:cool:
