Had a small touch of Jamaica right here in the Chi

So today I had zero plans (the rest of my city has been popping fireworks since last month so no need for me to see, participate, or even want to hear any today); my sister suggests we go the annual African-Caribbean festival. I had king fish, ackee, and a sour sop smoothie. That's gonna have to hold me over until November. To top it off my sister is booked on one of the rare direct flights from chicago to mo-bay for her trip. I would have to push my november trip back an entire week to get a flight like that. Yes I'm jealous!!!

Chigirl what dates are you looking at. I know the 19th AA is going there direct. Yep the only day in the month. I'm just trying to have the shortest layover possible since I will have little man with me. Plus I don't really like layovers going anywhere; I get antsy and agitated.

AA also goes direct on Sunday and Monday from ORD to MBJ. I have been playing with dates in November. Hope this helps some. :)

NA - its not every Sunday and Monday :-( . I tried putting in my dates and switching them around and the only weekend in November that was direct was the 19th.

For me, I have been looking at sun 11/20 - sun 11/27 or mon 11/21 -11/28 and mon. 11/28 - dec. 5. They are direct flights on those dates. Flight #843 ORD - MBJ and #844 MBJ - ORD. :)
