Aqua Negril and Sandy Haven Question

hello, anyone know if AQUA negril is open?
also noticed the prices for Sandy Haven. is it all inclusive?

Someone posted recently that the Aqua bar is open and that a local Dr. bought the place. Don't think the rooms are open yet. Sandy Haven is not all inclusive.

Aqua rooms did not look pp[en as of Thursday but the bar was open regularly
