They work to get you a great price AND help you find a "just right" place. They rep MANY places on the beach and in the cliffs.

This year they have outdone themselves. We originally booked through Negril Onestop for our cliff hotel for 12-27 through 1-5. As usual, they were AWESOME. Susan worked with us for about 2 weeks in March until I was finally happy (AND THAT IS NOT EASY!)

Due to some unforeseen issues, my hubby and I had to redo some of our Christmastime booking for the 2013 holiday season. Even though they spent HOURS with us in March, and found our "spot", they took our new needs (medical issue) seriously. They have helped switch some things around, and seriously saved our vacation.

Ditto. These guys are truly the best, spend a lot of time in Negril and take the time to fit you into the right place based on YOUR needs, not highest commission... In addition to hotels, they give you a discount card to use at several area bars restaurants and attractions. A great baseline of things to go out and try. Right on Wisconsin Gal- great service should be rewarded by spreading the word... The word is superior!

Yep have to agree. Outstanding customer service. I've also used them to book a car and they do volume booking so their price was better than the one listed on Island's website.

Love working with Onestop. Derek is always so patient with me when I change all of our plans on a moments notice :D
I love having the connection to "back home" when we are away as well. Not that anything has ever happened where we needed to utilize them, it's just a comfort thing I guess.

I wish I'd known about them when I was booking our honeymoon... will for sure check them out for future trips!
