I like the current location as well. Being able to sit there and watch the world go by is what makes your location so awesome. Other than the burgers of course :D

As we talked in November....that is the only location where I had a really bad encounter in all my time on the Island. I know you didn't own it then! My preference is cliffside.....

I will say cliffside has it's benefits...the view, ocean breeze, sunset...we will come wherever you are located...
