I think I was so overwhelmed by how good they were, I forgot to notice a few things. We're they served on flour or corn tortillas? Was the shrimp/fish breaded first. I thought I remembered that the shrimp had a crunchy exterior. Finally, the salsa was delicious...was there pineapple or papaya in it? I believe it had one of those, along with other more typical ingredients. This is for my sweeties birthday. Thanks
I remember them being on flour tortillas, we had fish and the fish was grilled that day, there was pineapple in our salsa. Maybe some paypaya too. I think you'll just have to keep trying it until you get it right (or go back and try Wild Parrots again!). :)
Hey JaJodi...I think I met u at ???? 3 dives ???? last month....had a great trip, and hard to remember all the good folks that i met...and this was at the end of our trip, but I remember u asking if I was groove....I think....lol
What ever is on them, they are always real good!
Flour, pineapple and breaded and the brown sauce drizzled around the plate was very good but I couldn't tell you what it was. Great place to eat!
Thanks! I think drizzle is some sort of balsamic reduction.
