LivingSocial Deal for Negril Tree House Hotel

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I know there is a thread for this subject already. Unfortunately I'm having a problem locating it. Anyway, I just had a few questions regarding this amazing deal:

- The card that I use to purchase the package is the card I would use to check in, correct? If that card is a debit AND credit card, am I still able to check in with it? Also, is the hotel automatically booked once I have purchased the package? Meaning when I arrive at the hotel will my credit card be charged again? Will a hold be placed on the card for incidentals? And is it possible to pay cash for incidentals and receive the cash back at the end of my stay?

- How does the free transportation from Montego Bay to the hotel work? It this roundtrip? Is there a number to call ahead of time for the transportation? How long does the ride typically take?

- When booking the room is this the correct e-mail address to contact: jacksonj@cwjamaica.com?
