According to their Facebook page, it is on Sunday, February 10th.
Would love to be there one year to see it!

It's always the 2nd Sunday of February! Great fun, lots of laughs, especially if Shoeshine is a jockey, and the cause is most worthwhile. The Races are sponsored by the Rotary Club of Negril, a small but active Club focused on the children in the community. They do great work for the kids! Come support them! --Fr. Jim
