Muy picante por favor! how hot is it?.

This is what ive noticed since my last reach, Francines pepper sauce went from green to red, The red is much much better and right on for heat and flavor on the mid upper end.Bourbon beach is right on the money again with their jerk sauce to me it has never tasted better, Also they currently have the best bird in town imho. Eddies and the granny sauce is close second with the chicken but the sauce is still highly desirable. smokeys sauce was mild but tasty.I also want to say the crab cakes at kuyaba are most xcellent at present too.a little spicy, juicys pattys we even spicy this trip and tasted really good.all in all the heat is back in town now if we could just get a nice ice cold beer lol. Red dragon talking about heat the pork xcellent the beer the coldest anywhere, im taking several bottles of francines home, eddie sells the granny sauce for a 1000 j but didnt have anyready.

Does Kuyaba make their own crab cakes or do they get them from Bentley? Did he ever branch out and start selling to resorts, like planned?

Hopefully, Kuyaba's have more crab and less breading. Only my personal favorite, no disrespect to anyone or their preferences. :)
