What time is lunch ready at the Red Dragon?

Thanks for sharing the photos of Red Dragon which is on our to do list this year. What is the best time to get there? Noon-ish?

Pork typically is ready around 12:30 or so and when it's gone, it's gone. We usually arrive in the early afternoon and continue our journey down to the Canoe bar afterwards.

Thanks! I probably have not seen all the pictures taken of the Red Dragon over the years, but, of those I have viewed, I had not found one that was taken from outside with everyone in the house at the windows. I thought that would make an interesting photo!
