Any signs of Mike Mosgrove in Negril anymore

I moved away from Negril in April 2012 and was wondering what happened to this guy. Last I heard he was wanted in Canada for multiple fraud charges and after getting kicked out of Bourbon Beach for non payment he I living in Montego bay and believe it or not is the founder/CEO of this Panther Corp ( recycling center) with its corporate office in Windsor, CA being that of a storage unit. Just wondering how this guy still exists in JA????????????? I have been back many times since I moved back but I always stay up in the Portland area.

was in Negril a lot in 2012 plus last winter and this summer and never ran into any Mike Mosgrove......
doesn't mean he's not there but most fulltime foreigners/expats stick out like a sore thumb in Negril........

why are we the only ones that seem to know the "truth" about this gentleman ?
seems like everybody likes what he is sellin....but I seen shows on TV a long time ago about these deals.....
and they dont lie on TV....right?
