The day started with my guest Lynn invited me to join her for a foodie adventure. Sometimes it's hard leaving but what the heck it's slow in Negril now. The drive takes over 45 minutes to Cannan Mountain , so glad I did not drive, I would have gotten lost. Chef O'Brien and the entire Zimbali team FANTASTIC ! 7 Acres of sustainable retreat. The meal was wonderful... $65/ person includes the ride and meal with wine or champagne. Tips were appreciated by all and no pressure
i had the opportunity to spend 3 nights at Zimbali Retreats December 2012. My son and I had a perfect time. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was GREAT!
Tell us everthing Gail! Did you order of the menu? Did you have appetizers? What did you have? Does the dining area look over the mountain?This lokks like a neat trip.Did you get enough ;) Dave

Did you go on a tour of the farm in addition to the food?
Ahhhh where do I begin.. We left at 11:30 takes about 45 minutes when we arrived we just sat on the verandah overlooking the farm- PEACE so green and serene. We were served fresh June Plum Juice. Took a tour of the farm ( bring tennis shoes and darling no heels) the farm grows,coconut, yams, bananas, scotch bonnet peppers, Plantain, noni, and those bees for their ever sweet honey. Real Deal Farm to Table. Chef O'Brian is passionate about his cooking, such a nice young talent. Appetizers were coconut vegetable rollAttachment 31299
