I just sent another PM to you.
I met a man recently who told me that a lease deal had just fallen through for Sunquest/Wild Parrot and he was hopeful that he would get the lease. I was apprensive for those who were booked for November/December when I heard that news, but, if this is correct, I expected that the owners would contact all those booked. I hope it works out for you!
I will miss Richie's margarita's and the wonderful lunches. Loved it there!
