Hey Patty I told a friend named Richard Morris to go see Kirby, he has experience, last he was the at the Wild Parrot until it closed.

No, not fish tacos, but he makes the best margarita, and mojito in Negril!

Richie is the best. Count on us to be there multiple times during our 2 week stay to have a few margarita's if he's making them. He is a great guy. If you need a waitress I would find out from Richie where Cindy is. The two of them were the reason we were running to the Wild Parrot everyday for lunch. While you are at it grab the chef too. Food was awesome. It would be worth the cab ride from Coco for us. Obviously we are coming to Canoe anyway but this would make it even better.
Jackie and I love Richie. Would be great to see him at another familiar haunt!
Patty, you need to hire Richie...He's a great bartender and a really nice guy...Just ask him to make you a margarita, you will be hooked :)
