We dock the boards close to the shore and our Certified Yoga Jessica takes you on a journey you'll never forget. You don't need any SUP (Stand up Paddleboard) or Yoga experience,just come and enjoy. Gail this looks like fun! My wife is a Yoga instructor and loves this idea. We will be in Negril nest September, we will have to come by and see when your classes are being offered.
