Oh that Submarine

Yesterday I was reading Cherrynorth's trip report.
And I'm trying to wrap my head around why a sub would help Sunshine's stomach.
I mean the guy has been puking his guts out, you'd think salami is the . . .

After a bit I figured it out.

My original screen name had a hyphen in it (which I forgot - thanks again Guiriguy) so I had to start a new account, same name but without the hyphen.

Regardless, Guiriguy recognized me and mentioned in passing that I had started subs (that's the great thing about Alzheimers you make new friends every day).

Just for clarity's sake (not that Clarity) a sub for me (as far as this board is concerned) was always a euphemism with no meaning or origin of it's own - as someone on here said, ". . . just way to prevent your post from being removed."

I'm tickled that it still has utility.

BTW it's great be back on the board.
Negril has been booked "for the not too distant future" (MST3K reference).
Mrs. Peel and I are scouting Catcha for a destination wedding.
It's like going home to see old friends' avatars and better still when you hear from them.

and you cant choke on them...or maybe you can.........it think the word Ganja is acceptable here, as long as its in a "matter of speaking", and not dwelling on that subject matter...if we know about the "code".... well.....everyone else probably knows..

Oh Rum-pole, this post reminds me of why I enjoyed your reports so much. I do hope there will be a report after the scouting mission :)
