November 2013 Roll Call

Don't you just love it when it's official!

We booked Coco today 11/29-12/2 and plan to book more dates at other hotels as soon as we can firm up travel dates. We want to use our air miles or wait to get decent air prices. Hope to make it a total 10-14 day reach.

Our friends enjoyed Negril so much last time they booked again. They told their sister and brother-in-law about Negril and now they will be joining us too.

This time we will are trying something different and are booking a few days at the Riu Negril. We wanted to try an AI in Negril and see what we thought of Bloody Bay. We have stayed at a Riu in Cancun twice and loved it.

Looking at other hotels now and thinking about Xtabi, Wild Parrot, or Sea Splash for the remainder of out trip.

Not booked yet but end of nov some time for about 10 days including running the 10 km at the Reggae Marathon.

Nov.22nd to Dec.2nd at Catch Falling Star on the cliffs.We will be all over the place but we love that home base!!

November 9-16 for us! Too far away but counting down anyway!

Long weekend over the first Saturday in November for Lodge installation.

Just booked for November 8 - 17th - can't wait....

Nov 4th - 25th, combo of tensing pen (booked the birch cottage, got room for guests or a party), and some AI time at couples afterwards. Below the 6 month countdown, quite excited, and have never stayed this long.

October 29 for 3 days at Catcha and then a week at CSA to satisfy the wife's AI needs celebrating our 15 year anniversary and I lost track of how many trips to Negril since our first in 1996. Can't wait to get back to our second home and still use the same driver that we first met, Patrick Clarke. He drove a Lada on our first trip and now drives a 20 passenger bus affiliated with JUTA. His family is part of our family and we take a day trip with the whole family each time we are down and has come to be known as the Clarke Family Trip.

We're coming home from the 17th to the 27th. First 3 nights at Catcha then then the rest on the beach. We need our Jerk Pork fix from Dean along with Norman's Coco bread!

We're in for late Nov! thinking maybe the beach for four days then the rest in treasure beach... Nothing concrete yet... Wifey says no Negril planning until we get back from our trip to Santorini in June. Okay no planning, but def. dreaming! lots of dreaming...

Nov 23-Dec 7 for us. Can't wait!

Will be there during thanksgiving. Not 100% sure of the dates yet.

Glad to her you are booked! Now you can start saving up a few things to bring to St. Anthony's Kitchen for the Get Kids to School programme. And our Church is right across the street from Coco La Palm. Just a thought! --Fr. Jim

Will arrive oct 26th thru nov 2, with two newbies in tow.
Splitting our stay between Xtabi and Seagrape Villas.

We filled a duffel for you a few weeks back. No more room for stuff, unfortunately, unless I wear the same thing for our entire stay. Still trying to figure out some toys for the kids as well.

Just booked at Coco for Nov 7th to 19th.

Finally got our air booked. To get the really great rate we had to stay a couple extra days. 11/20-12/6 Ain't that a shame?

Just got off the phone with Onestop so we are totally booked. Starting out at Wild Parrot, then off to Catcha, then Riu where we will meet up with friends, then we all go to Coco. After our friends leave we are going to Xtabi.

We use to read those reviews of hotel hoppers and couldn't imagine doing it but look at us now.

NoWorries....you must have great taste. Deans pork and Indians patties are 2 of our favorite eats on the beach. Respect!

Yes mon, we tried Niahs for the first time a couple of years ago......that was an interesting adventure.

I had to bump this one as we are getting close to booking. Gonna be there for a week sometime in mid November with 2 newbies (future long timers) along for the ride. LETS CRAWL!

November 8th-13th at Grand Pineapple with my son, his friend and my cousin.
Haven't stayed here yet. I love staying at a new place each time :D
Hoping to take them to YS and the pelican bar. They may fall subject to sand gravity though. Lol

Will be celebrating our first anniversary on the beach where we got married :o

A lot of us in the November crew are dropping into the double digits (less than 100 days away) count down. Mine starts Saturday... 100 days is MUCH better than the 365 + when I booked for this trip while at the resort last year.

I think I will call the resort and see if they will give me timms hut ;)

Less that 4 months for me now and getting close to double digits too!

7milelover - your pics make me really glad I decided to try November - thanks for posting!

I'm new to this message board, but have been to Negril 8 times in the last 10 years. Usually stay at the Negril Yoga Centre with my buddy- we aren't the usual yoga types at all but love the mellow vibe, good food and reasonable rates. We'll be down there Nov 29- Dec 8 and can't wait
