January 2014! Who's in, and when?? Roll Call!!!!!!

Decided it was close enough in days to return to the board and start looking around and checking out the TR's, and I needed the time to get some stuff done around the house, plus I just had WAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY too long to wait and it was only going to make the time pass slower reading everyday!! But, Alas I couldn't stay away forever. Spent one sitting Groove16's excellent report on the Bordie Bash and ensuing follies and fun, and cannot wait to catch up on everything else NEGRIL!!

Mr and Mrs Walleyed99 January 14-28th, 7 days at Point Village Condo, and 7 days somewhere else.... Just not sure where yet. Wife and friends wanna do AI, and I don't so I am torn at this point! Hope to cross paths with some of you!!

Workin' on it. I started looking at airfares last week, looked back at last year's reservations and found it was exactly 1 year ago to the day that I made our reservations for 2013. If we make it this year, it will be the last week in Jan.

Wife and I will be down for our 3rd trip to Tensing Pen...January 2 - 12...can't wait! :)

I am always in Negril the beginning of January. At least I have been for the last 37 years.

Jan 31st-feb 9th just under the wire;)

Jan 1-5th @ Country Country, then 5 nights at the Owner's villa @ Nirvana. Lost track of how many trips this is, ? 7 to Negril. Bringing the whole gang again this year.

We are shooting for January 12th to the 26th this year. Waiting to hear about a couple of reservation possibilities but looking like either Mariners/NBBC or The Palms again for us. Looking forward to making it back to Negril! :)

As a newly retired couple we will be there 1/27 to 2/27 this will be out longest stay,can`t wait! I always come here saying im going to meet as many boardies as I can then the sand gravity get a hold of me, (lol) well im going to try again this reach! Cya on the beach,Alfreds is the place 4 us,cya soon.

Crusher. We'll be there just one day before you leave. I think Westjet discontinued direct flights from Sask. How are you getting there? Managed to book using airmiles this time. although almost free, I'm not looking forward to 2 connecting flights. :(

Yeah I know they haven't had direct flight for two years now. I am going to do what I did last year and sit on the Sun Wing page and see if their prices drop into the realm of affordable. If not its West Jet through Toronto for us. No avoiding it I guess. There are direct flights out of Winnipeg and Calgary I might see what those kind of options cost as well. Although I believe they both leave mid week which isn't exactly the most desirable situation for us.

Everything seems to be more expensive this year.

My husband and I and our 19 year old step daughter along with our three year old will be at Coco La Palm, Jan 23 to Jan 29. It has been several years for me, everyone else is a first timer. Can't wait.

Big Frank and Linda will be at our favourite place on planet earth from January 13th to January 23rd. Seastar Inn, of course!

We're in!! Our 8th visit to Negril, but our first time travelling in Dec / January. We are staying at a few places, Catcha - (some where in between) - and then Coco. My husband and I will be in town from December 29 - Jan 25. Our longest stay yet. After our youngest graduated from high school last June, we decided to be in Negril for New Years, and then stay as long as we can possible squeeze out. LOL. Our daughter and niece will be flying in to join us for the last 2 weeks. So excited!!!!!!!!

Arriving on the 18th coco 7 days

Dec. 27th to Jan. 12th three of us this year.

Well we are confirmed for the NBCC's from the 11th to the 25th of January. Can't wait!!

I guess I should add us to this list.

Jan 14-19. My 30th Birthday is on the 16th. The only thing I know about this trip is that these are the dates we will be there. I had to know so I could take off work.

My other half is planning the rest, including where we are staying, and what activity or activities we will be doing for my birthday.

She is friends with the right people on facebook, so I trust they will guide her :-D

Well it looks like we are spending a week in Mo Bay and a week in Negril. Unfortunately for me and fortunately for my wife the first week will be at Sandals Montego Bay. I am WAY more of a non AI guy but my wife likes the eat whenever, drink whenever attitude at the AI. And we have 2 other couples that are coming that really really wanted to spend part of the holiday at an AI. Therefore I am outvoted :( . Oh well, we will still be in Negril from Jan21-28th. Cannot wait!!!!! 75 Days til JA, 82 til Negril......

We'll be at Fun Holiday Jan 5-15. We were supposed to be at Wild Parrot, but who knows what is going on there. We decided to play it safe and know we have a place to stay. Plus it ended up being $20 cheaper per day.

My husband and I will be staying at Couples Negril from January 23-Feb 1st. We are first timers so any input and opinions are welcome! I am freaking out that I may have made the wrong decision in doing AI, but just felt it would be easier on us to not have to think about a thing since we have never been before. Thoughts?

Shields this time. I think this is the best Value for less than 100 bucks we could find on the sand. So basically allllll the way down at the other end from you.

Jackie and I like to do walks though. We will be making at least 1 trip up to PV and back and 1 walk up to Seastar

Nice! We usually do the beach wander a few times each trip. And will be taking in the Pub crawl as we will be bringing 2 Negril Newbies and 2 others on their second Negril adventure. And, the One love bus is a good way to break them in to what to expect while wandering in JA..
