Trail of bottle caps.... where was I

The day activities over, I was suppose to be at the party going on at Mango Tree!, now I am late!

I was starving by now, think I missed lunch? Anyway I ended up at Swordfish, and had the lobster mac and cheese! It is really good!
I have no more pictures from this day but I believe that I just pub crawled back up the westend road!

Ok!, so does any one remember the whole purpose of this trip? Apparently I had forgotten by now! The 10 km. run at the Reggae Marathon! Now I have trained all fall and ran a few back home, last years race I did in 55 minutes, but have got my times down as low as 46 something this fall! My plan was to run every other day while in Negril? Obviously that did not happen, one short run the first or second day and that was it!

Today was move day I am leaving Seastar after another great stay! Although I was starting to get a little clastraphobic in the compound there? I like to keep busy so after being spoiled staying in a villa several times, I sometimes get bored in a regular room.

I thought the whole purpose of you running the 10k was so you could get free beer at the finish line?

That place would be Crystal waters, the free beer at the end , sure its might have been the biggest reason the first time I ever ran, last year, but have started running more since. I ran this year with a hernia that was bothering me quiet a bit! Its all repaired now so I am good to go for next year!

I wanna go fishing on that boat!!!! You got info on that?
