The beach issues is why we choose the cliffs, not that there aren't the fair share up there. We visit the beach and when we have had enough we retreat. Nice to enjoy the sea with privacy. Plus I dont like walking on the sea floor, rather jump into twenty foot deep water
We have not had a bad experience with anyone selling stuff on the beach. Probably because we walk the beach by day. And stick to where we are staying, otherwise. We, at this point, are not interested in anything that anyone might be hustling. We get what we need, when we need it, where we need it. Otherwise we just keep our stride and keep on. We are not about to let some petty paddlers interfere with our vacation, whether it be in Italy, China or Hong Kong. Those places are far worse for scams. I appreciate your report and the photos. And do not like to think that the higglers are souring you on Negril. It does amaze me that the folks who have a vested interest in business in Negril do not do more to discourage aggressive hawking. Folks do not, no matter what, want to be harassed and bothered while they are in vacation mode. I realize it is a tough market. And I am not bothered by people asking, but come on, badgering is not acceptable in any market, in any location. Negril needs to get it right.
We had a pretty good day yesterday. We chilled on the deck for the most of it and it was nice and relaxed. Around mid afternoon DK decided we needed to hit the beach bar for a few drinks. We needed to make some plans for supper as this was our second last full day in Negril and my dining list was still missing some check marks lol.
We decided on 3 Dives and procured some transportation up there. It was a very cool experience for us as I had never been there in the years we have been coming to Negril. That's my loss because it was awesome. I just love the chairs, the decor and most of all the food!!!!!!
We saw another beautiful sunset ate some good food and drank some beers! Afterwards Brenda and I went to Sunset on the Beach for Karaoke....she can't get enough of it around here! :)

Well its Friday and we are on our last full day here in Jamaica. Its been a lot of fun and no regrets as always. Can't wait to get home and see my parents(house sitting) and our cats. We leave late tomorrow at like 8:30PM so its going to be a long day! :)
