Where would you stay?

Xtabi…Seafront cottage #4..right on the ocean. Great bar and restaurant as well as a small pool in the garden. Walking distance to town is a bonus. Highly recommended !

White Sands is cheap and pretty nice. Beach side for I think around $80. I'm staying at Whistling Bird for 100 /nt. The beach is nice and shady there.

In one of your previous threads you asked about Mom's Place .. is that where you stayed?

I tried to stay at Mom's place. Had reservations, when i arrived they acted as though i had never been in contact with them, it was a mess. Wouldnt stay there. lousy food to boot. Someone just mentioned White Sands. I was just across the road from White Sands. A person Named Walter just PM'ed me and said he had a place to stay above the hi-lo. Seems unusual that someone would PM me and not post it here. So Walter, when you read this, the answer would be no.

Definitely check out Patricks Place (formerly Wild Parrot.) Small place with bar and restaurant on a prime location on the
beach. I think it would be perfect for a solo traveler.

I agree with the folks about the Blue Cave Castle. I think I've been in every room on the property and they are all gorgeous. Beautiful views and great access to the sea. And yea, Teddy's cooking is over the top! Not to mention the free coffee every morning.

actually lime ex2 the pm you got was from negril luxuryapts and we checked it out the other day and they are really nice if you don;t mind staying in an actual neighbourhood check out the pictures on his(Walter) web site they are a true representation of the inside of the units. and the view from the back yard is amazing

Try Hidden Paradise, high season rate $76, low season $60. Rooms have safes, ac, wifi, cable, fridge. Very clean, private. On garden side between Merrils 3, and Legends. Beach access via Momma Flo's.

I think Seastar is great for going solo, everyone is so friendly and the pool and bar location is great.

I love Xtabi - checked out some other places for some friends that are coming down in the spring none of them could touch the Xtabi Vibe and location. If my husband couldn't come with for some reason - I would have no problem being here solo
